Track 3. Building Interactive Tours

Lead Forms and CTA Buttons

Collect contact details inside the tour with a lead form, wire it to a webhook and place call-to-action buttons where visitors decide.

You will add a lead form to a tour, define the fields it asks for, connect it to your own system and place a CTA button that opens the form at the moment a visitor is most interested.

Create the form

Open the Forms section of the project and create a lead form. The standard fields are name, phone and e-mail. You can switch any of them off, reorder them and mark the e-mail as required, so a visitor cannot submit a request without an address.

  1. Open Forms in the project sidebar and create a lead form.
  2. Enable the fields you need: name, phone and e-mail.
  3. Add a short confirmation message shown after the visitor submits.
  4. Save the form and copy its identifier for the placement step.

Connect the submissions

Every form can send a webhook to your CRM or to a form service. Mango360 posts the submitted fields, the tour identifier, the scene where the form was opened and the referrer of the visit. The delivery is retried if your endpoint fails, so return a success status quickly.

Test the webhook with a real submission from a published tour before you rely on it. A form that submits on screen but never reaches the CRM is the most common reason a campaign produces no leads.

Place the CTA

Add a CTA button hotspot where the visitor decides: on the price panel, next to the booking information or on the exit scene. Set the action to open the lead form, to open a URL in a new tab, or to scroll to the section of the page that hosts the tour.
