Add and Order Scenes
Add scenes to a tour, name them for your team, set the start scene and drag the list into a route that guides the viewer.
By the end of this lesson your tour has a sequence of scenes, a chosen entry point and names that make sense to editors, viewers and search engines. You will also know how floors and folders keep long tours manageable.
Add the scenes
Press Add scene in the toolbar and choose the type. A Panorama scene is built from a 2:1 image, and a 3D model scene is built from a GLB file that lets the visitor walk through the model instead of looking at a still image.
- Press Add scene and choose the Panorama or the 3D model type.
- Upload a 2:1 image, or a GLB file for a walkable model, or pick one already in the library.
- Open the properties panel and give the scene a descriptive name.
- Repeat until every room of the tour is present in the list.
Order and rename
Drag a scene in the list to change its position, and the first scene in the list becomes the entry point of the tour. Name scenes after the space and the direction, for example Kitchen north view, so hotspot links stay readable later. The order of the list is also the route of a guided auto-pilot tour.
- The first scene in the list is the tour entry point.
- Number the scenes if you want a fixed guided route.
- Use folders to separate floors or buildings inside one project.
Renaming a scene from the properties panel does not break existing links, because the internal identifier stays the same. Deleting a scene, however, removes every hotspot that pointed to it.
