Track 6. Advanced Workflows

White-Label Branding

Replace the platform branding with your own logo, colours and domain so the tour looks like part of your website.

You will apply your own identity to a tour: logo, colours, interface language and, on the Business plan, a custom domain that replaces the platform address in the browser.

Set the identity

Open the Branding section of the project and upload your logo as a PNG with a transparent background. Pick the accent colour and the interface background. The preview on the right shows the loader, the buttons and the mini-map with your colours applied.

  1. Upload the logo as a PNG with transparency.
  2. Set the accent colour and the interface background.
  3. Turn off the platform credit in the footer if the plan allows it.
  4. Check the preview on a dark scene and on a light one.

Use a custom domain

On the Business plan you can point a domain or a subdomain at the platform, for example tours.yourcompany.com. Add the DNS record that the platform provides, wait for the certificate to be issued and publish again. After that the tour is served from your address and the certificate is renewed automatically.

Keep the old platform link working: viewers who still open it are redirected to the custom domain, and printed QR codes keep pointing at the tour.

Keep the rules

Do not change the logo of a published tour in the middle of a campaign without telling the team: screenshots in ads and printed material will not match the new identity, and the analytics of the two versions are compared as separate releases.
