Why does the tour not load in my iframe?
Fix a blank embed frame by checking the allow-list, the frame attributes, mixed content and the content security policy.
A tour that opens normally in a new tab but shows an empty frame on your site is almost always blocked by the page, not by the tour. Work through the causes in the order below.
Most likely causes
- Open the embed URL in a new tab; if it loads there, the tour and the link are fine.
- Check the domain allow-list in Project → Publish — the site domain must be listed exactly.
- Add allowfullscreen and the xr-spatial-tracking permission to the iframe tag.
- Check the content security policy of your site for a frame-ancestors rule that excludes your domain.
- Serve the page over HTTPS; a page on HTTP cannot embed an HTTPS player.
Reference markup
A working embed looks like this. The width and height are yours to change, but the frame attributes should be kept as they are, and the code is worth copying only after the tour is published. If your site adds other embeds through a script, check that the script does not rewrite the src attribute.
<iframe
src="https://studio.mango360.app/embed/TOUR_ID"
width="100%"
height="620"
frameborder="0"
allow="accelerometer; gyroscope; xr-spatial-tracking; fullscreen"
allowfullscreen
></iframe>If it still fails
Ask your developer to open the browser console on the page and reload it. The browser prints the exact reason — a blocked frame, a refused domain or a content security policy — right next to the error. A refused domain means the allow-list in the publish dialog does not cover your site; a blocked frame usually means a third-party script or a browser extension removed the embed.
Ad blockers and cookie consent banners can also block the player. Test the page in a private window with extensions disabled before you change anything on the tour, and test it through the same anchor the site uses — that shows at once whether the problem is on your side or in the tour.
