How do I create an account and set up my workspace?
Create your Mango360 account, confirm the e-mail, name the workspace and set defaults before you upload your first panorama.
Open mango360.app, choose Sign up and confirm the confirmation e-mail. Your workspace is created at the same time and holds every tour, every teammate and all brand settings, so fill it in before the first upload.
Create the account
- Open the Mango360 home page and select Sign up.
- Enter your work e-mail address, a password and your name.
- Open the confirmation e-mail and follow the activation link.
- Sign in and give the workspace a name your team will recognise.
The sign-up form asks for a work e-mail and a name, and you can change the password later in the account settings. Everything inside the workspace is saved automatically, so you can create several tours and compare them before publishing. Nothing reaches visitors until you publish a version yourself, and the Free plan needs no card details to get that far. If your organisation depends on single sign-on, it is not available yet — talk to us before you commit, because it changes how the whole team signs in.
Set the workspace defaults
The workspace name appears in the top-left corner and in shared links, so keep it short and recognisable. Everything else lives under Settings, and the values you set here are inherited by every new tour.
What to configure
- Workspace logo and accent colours: Settings → Branding.
- Default language for new tours: Settings → Languages.
- Teammates and their roles: Settings → Members.
- Plan, payment method and invoices: Settings → Billing.
Free and Trial workspaces need no card details. A card is only required to move to Pro or Business, and you can change or cancel the plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
