How do I add scenes and change their order?

Upload more panoramas, drag scenes in the list, group them by floor and choose which scene visitors see first.

Every panorama becomes a scene, and the scene list on the left is the map of your tour. You can add, rename, reorder, group and delete scenes at any time, and every change is saved automatically.

Add a scene

  1. Open the project and select Add scene in the scene list.
  2. Choose Panorama and drop in the file, or choose 3D model to attach a GLB file.
  3. Wait until the status shows Ready before you place hotspots on the scene.

Scene order matters for the visitor, not for the files: the first scene of the list is the one shown on the shared page and in the embed. Keep the entrance shot first, even if the file name suggests another order, and name the scenes the way a visitor would describe them — Hall, Kitchen, Balcony — rather than IMG_0042. In a large tour the list is easier to work with when it is filtered by folder. Renaming a scene renames the matching point on the floor plan as well, so keep the two in sync when you rework the names of the tour.

Reorder and rename

Drag a scene by its handle to move it. The first scene in the list is the one a visitor lands on, so promote the entrance shot to the top. Use the scene menu to rename, duplicate or delete it.

Group scenes

  • Folders group scenes by floor or by area and can be renamed or reordered.
  • A floor plan image can be attached to a folder with clickable scene points.
  • Nested folders are not supported, so keep to one level of grouping.

Deleting a scene asks for confirmation and removes its hotspots as well. A published version keeps its own copy, so a live tour is not affected by edits you make in the draft.
